1. Who we are

GEOSY is a product of Sha Intelligence ("Sha", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17243148, with its office at 19036, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described in this policy.

  • Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Customer content that you upload or monitor inside the platform belongs to you and is processed only to provide the service, as set out in our Terms of Service.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under UK GDPR on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and improving our service, consent where required, and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform under strict contracts, with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves the United Kingdom, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Account data is removed within a reasonable period after an account closes.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and continuous monitoring. More detail is on our Security page.
