Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and us when you use GEOSY. Written to be read, not skimmed.

Effective date: June 2026 · Applies to geosy.ai and the GEOSY platform

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Sha Intelligence ("Sha", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17243148. By using the GEOSY website or platform you accept them. If you use GEOSY for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

GEOSY provides geospatial intelligence tools, including satellite monitoring, asset tracking, mapping databases and related APIs. During early access, features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GEOSY to break the law, to harm or unlawfully surveil individuals, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

5. Your content

You own the data you bring into GEOSY. You grant us only the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. We do not use your customer content to serve other customers.

6. Our property

The GEOSY platform, software, models, brand and documentation belong to Sha and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of that ownership to you.

7. Third party data

Satellite imagery and tracking feeds come from third party providers and may carry their own licence conditions, which we will make clear where they apply.

8. Confidentiality

Each side agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and to use it only for purposes of the service.

9. Disclaimers

GEOSY provides intelligence to support decisions, not to make them for you. The service is provided as is during early access, and we do not warrant that outputs are error free. You remain responsible for how you act on information from the platform.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

11. Termination

You may stop using GEOSY at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms. On termination, we will make your content available for export for a reasonable period.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes here and flag significant ones. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
